If Route wasn’t added at checkout, unfortunately we aren’t able to replace or refund damaged items, since shipping mishaps are out of our hands. We always recommend adding Route to protect your goodies in transit!
Cuticle oil is meant to be used multiple times a day, daily. We have customers who use one pen every two weeks in between their nail appointments and some customers use one pen for a month or two.
Ultimately it depends on how often you're using your cuticle oil pen. It's kinda like asking how long your lip balm lasts, ya know?
Our oils are best used fresh! While the oil itself doesn't expire, the scent can dull over time. Remember: Cuticle oil is meant to be used DAILY! We guarantee our scent stays fresh for 4 months for our bottles and pens. If the scent dulls before our guarantee, we will send you a replacement pen/ bottle!
Nope! They’re one-time use only! Refilling can cause leaks or breaks, so it’s best to grab a fresh new pen when you’re ready :)
Since our cuticle oil pens are a personal care item, we can’t accept returns (once they leave us, they’re yours to love). That said, if something in your order isn’t quite right (like a shipping mix-up or an oops on our end) just reach out and we’ll be happy to fix it!
Please note: we can’t swap scents after your order is placed, so be sure to pick your fave at checkout.
Not just yet! Right now we ship anywhere in the U.S. (and orders over $50 ship free, yay!). We also happily ship to our friends in Canada. We’re still exploring options for other countries, so stay tuned!
