Here are a few of the questions we get asked frequently!
Q: What are the benefits of using cuticle oil?
A: Cuticle oil is a nourishing treatment that hydrates and strengthens nails while preventing dryness, cracking, and hangnails. It promotes healthy nail growth, enhances shine, and protects against damage from harsh elements. Regular use improves nail appearance, reduces brittleness, and extends the life of manicures. Apply daily by massaging a small amount into the cuticles and nail bed for healthier, polished nails.
Q: What makes our oil different?
A: Rather than using the inexpensive oils as fillers, we pride ourselves in using the highest quality oils to give your nails maximum hydration! We use a combination of Jojoba oil and Vitamin E oil to give your cuticles the health and hydration of your dreams. Our formula is non-greasy, all natural, handmade in the U.S and nail tech approved :)
Q: How do you use a cuticle pen?
A: Hold the pen with bristles facing down. Twist the opposite end of the pen 2-3 times and wait for oil to moisten the bristles (might take 5-8 twists but start with a few so that the oil doesn't just drip out. Trust us, we've made this mistake due to impatience before hehe). Once the bristles of the pen are moistened with oil HYDRATE AWAYYYYY! Rub all over your cuticles and even under your nail to give your cuticles the love they deserve.
Q: How long does a pen typically last?
A: Cuticle oil is meant to be use multiple times a day, daily. We have customers who use one pen every two weeks in between their nail appointments and some customers use one pen for a month or two. Ultimately it depends on how often you're using your cuticle oil pen. It's kinda like asking how long your chapstick lasts, ya know?
Q: How long does the scent last once applied?
A: Anywhere from 10-20 minutes give or take a few :)
Q: Are the pens refillable?
A: We do not recommend refilling our pens as they are not meant to be reopened. If you do choose to try, just know the pens could break.
Q: Does the scent go bad or expire?
A: Our oils are best used fresh! While the oil itself doesn't expire, the scent can dull over time. Remember: Cuticle oil is meant to be used DAILY! We guarantee our scent stays fresh for 4 months for our bottles and pens. If the scent dulls before our guarantee, we will send you a replacement pen/ bottle!
