Shipping policy

Processing time: Every pen and bottle is made by hand. Orders ship within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Where we ship: All 50 US states and Canada.

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your address and the carrier you choose. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

Tracking: You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Package protection: Add Route at checkout to cover your order if it's lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Canada: Duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay at delivery. Customs can still add delays we can't control, so delivery estimates for Canadian orders aren't guaranteed.
